RMK: The Cumulus is quite vigorous - at least mediocris with dark grey
base - quite threatening; also present are 1 okta Cirrocumulus and 2
oktas Stratocumulus.

screen min: 04.6 grass min: 03.4 precipitation: 0.1
other data: much of yesterday's rainfall has evaporated off of bare soil
(long gone from other surfaces). ]=
