Default I hope you are all happy now

Dougie, it is a point well made and I am sure everyone here sympathises with
that view. First and foremost I hope the child is ok and anyone else who has
suffered in this weather. That aspect of this weather is sad. Unfortunately
the weather will happen whatever we think and like most things in life we
like to put the unsavoury parts to the back of our minds. I am sure that
there will be elderly suffering from heatstroke in a hot summer but people
will still celebrate the sun and the fun things it brings. Believe me, most
, if not all people here understand where you are coming from, though, and
would spare a thought for that child.

kind regards, Dave.

Fortunately - for the 12 year old kid turning blue with an asthamatic
attack - my service provided me with a 4x4 vehicle which allowed us to get
oxygen and a nebuliser in time to save her life....

I hope you all think snow is fun.

I'm sure I'm one of the few who broke a sweat in these conditions.

Just making the point.
