I just read with great sadness that John Daly has died suddenly. John ran
the "Still waiting for the Greenhouse Effect" Greenhouse/Global Warming

I have to say I feel very numbed by this news as I regularly visited the
site, at least several times a week .

I know many people at UK.sci haven't agreed or supported his stance on
Global Warming or even heard of him come to that.

Too me he was a welcome beacon in a world of Smoke & Mirrors, hyperbole and
spin.

He supported vigorously the stance of Bjorn Lomberg when he decided to look
at the fact's and tell the truth. Now Lomberg has been vindicated.

See you John. Thanks for all the tireless work, you put into your work. I
know it wasn't wasted.
