0900 NW F2-3 40km - 1/CU 7/CI COTRA T166D083
RMK: 1 okta Cu hum/med - developing rapidly over the past 30 mins or
so - the mediocris to the NE. The Cirrus has a high condensation trail
(COTRA) component, and it is relevant to point out that but for the
aircraft activity, it would have been a near-clear sky at first light
today.
