RMK: Cloud breaks to the N and NW as I type this
up at 1035z, and vis improving by the minute
1300z NE F3-4 30km 5Cu024 7Sc028 14.7/08.1 1025.8
RMK: Sc broke up quickly after 1030z, but Cu and Sc
soon developed again and filled in all the gaps
