A mild or very mild outlook for next week with a lot of windy and
rather unsettled weather for all parts.

Can't you just rely on good old February if you want it mild, or very
mild.
It was 1996 since the last cold one, wonder how many years before we get
another or will we get another??
Perhaps Winter should be shortened to just include Dec & Jan and Spring
should start in February?

Mean Feb temp 1989-2003 is 4.1c (1961-90 =2.8c & 1971-2000 =3.2c)

Mean March temp 1961-90 = 4.6c
