RMK: Decrease / dispersal of earlier Sc / Ac with development of Cu
hum/med taking over. Fine/strong sunshine now.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 10.8 grass min: 10.2 precipitation: 0.2
other data: period of light rain 03-04Z, but you would hardly credit it,
as the state of soil etc., is now dry (was slightly damp on top at 05Z)
& all other surfaces are dry too. ]=

1800 WNW F3-4 40km - 1/SC 7/SC T139D080
RMK: slight rain 1530-1600Z, enough to give a measured 'trace' in
gauge.
