Quite right. Any comment about the other thing? Or do you suppose they
are a standard featuture for the time of the year?

I got this back from the site owners:

We have a few global Molleweide images at
http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/data/comp/cmoll/ otherwise, we don't have the
resources to archive the Web site products. Note that the images are not
meant for serious research: http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/data/cmoll.html and
are provided freely to the general public for education and general
knowledge. They should NOT be used to prove anything.

Which is why I asked for alternative sites after all.
