Mostly cloudy in Britain - some bright intervals near the Welsh border and
in the Midlands. Still fairly sunny over much of the Low Countries.

Here in Shrewsbury it was fairly warm and sunny in the afternoon,
clouded over about 8pm when I thought it might thunder, but no it
remained cloudy, dry and warm and now at 11.30 it's still cloudy and
dry but warm .
