call it a squall) from the NW lasting almost 5 minutes,
probably F 5-6 at its peak. At the same time the vis
dropped to 6km and there was a bar-kick of almost
1 mbar. No ppn, but we were beneath a line of quite
substantial AcCas elements at the time

RMK: Rain started 11z with scattered drops the size
of half-crowns. Mod rain from 1130z. No thunder heard,
but then I was in the dentist's surgery between 11 and 12.
