Default Recap on prediction

My Frosted Earth prediction [ Frosted Earth being the name of my house among
other things] for January 2004 issued in November for the SE was:- A milder
than average month with rainfall around 40% above average. Sunshine average
or slightly above. Little frost.
Well my rainfall was 127% at 105.8mm and the temperature mean of 5C was +1C
of 1979-2003 average so not too bad and the sunshine over the penultimate
Weekend and on the last Wednesday and Thursday redeemed things. No, I did
not predict the cold snap during last week but there were in general only
slight frosts with 9 in total. I did say it would end mild which it did.
The forecast for Feb 2004 issued last November is as follows: A very mild
month especially first week. Rainfall a little above average. First half
wetter than second half. Frost and fog much less than average.
It has started off well.
Incidentally March I am predicting as producing some cold winds and snow
showers especially after the first week.
