looking quite an unsettled week with some rainfall expected everyday from

Phil, what mainly puts me off watching the Countryfile forecast is the
unpredictable time at which it is broadcast. So often I have switched on at
11.45 or 50 and suffered a programme which I do not want to watch only to
realise that the forecast was broadcast earlier, if at all. The News24
slots are rather more predictable, are not very dissimilar in scope and I do
not have to waste as much time waiting for them to come on (and please do
not comment that I should not waste my time watching BBC weather anyway - I
know the arguments for and against).
