Default [WR] Romsey - thunder and 9mm hail

A rare event. This is the first time I have recorded hail
in July since starting weather records in 1974 (here and
at Wootton, Isle of Wight). The stones were opaque
measuring up to 9mm in diameter. 2 obs follow to
describe the weather in Romsey over the past 2 hours:

dewpoint... +10.8C.
RH... 88%.
sea level pressure... 1010.5mb (rising).
