0900z NE F1-2 2500 -DZ 6St004 8St007 12.1/11.1 1009
RMK: There have been some bursts of moderate drizzle but it is
currently nothing more than a few spots in the wind. The
wind
was quite blustery for a while but it has died down again.
It
was summer days like this that led to the "invention" of
Spain
as a holiday destination a few decades ago :-(
24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 20.5 at 1450z
Min (0900-0900z): 11.8 at 0710z
Grass Min (1800-0900z): 9.8
Rain (0900-0900z): 5.7 mm
1800z NE F1-2 4000 -RA 5St003 8St006 14.4/13.3 1009
RMK: A change in the character of the precipitation in the past
half hour. We now have proper raindrops instead of the
intermittent drizzle we have had for much of the day. The
present temperature is the highest it has been since before
midnight. Only 1.2 mm of rain since 0900z so we did not get
the predicted downpour.
