This is interesting: having watched John Hammond on the BBC Weather
and the graphics showing a deluge over the South West( but no
definitive spread across Central Southern England), I then noticed
several Met Office warnings which included Central Southern England
and even South East England (valid from 2320). However SE England
appears to mean west of London according to the more detailed
description.
Well I await 2320 with interest!
