Default Very Dry July at Whistlefield.

Unless something cataclysmic happens in the next fourteen hours, this
has been an exceptionally dry July here.

For comparison:-

2003 125.2mm
2004 145.8mm
2005 31.6mm

At the end of June I was convinced that the 1000mm barrier would be
broken in July, some three months earlier than in the past two years.

No way.
