I think there's more chance of me being slightly inaccurate, rather than RAF
Holbeach (although I would like to think otherwise!). Having said that, we
are a mile apart, and they are based at the foot of the sea bank (not sure
that makes any difference though...)

Do you think that the weather station at RAF Holbeach (right on the
coast) is accurate? If so, is it likely that it would be more than half
a degree colder a mile or so inland as you are? Ameliorating influence
from the sea? Just testing!
