Budlia? A purple flowered bush that resembles lilac. Already well in
flower.
Or do you mean the large headed pink flower with many florets that seems
to weep, it is so rich in nectar?
Loads of he smallish brown moth that infests this part all year this
year.
We had a warm winter and a long spring with a cold snap that may have
hurt them in late March and April, IIRC.
