RMK: Rapid build (or spread?) of Cu past 30-45 mins - until then, clear
or 1-2 oktas shallow Cu - still 'blue' above the cloud.

screen min: 12.6 grass min: 11.3 precipitation: 2.3
other data: 1825-1850Z yesterday, moderate/heavy rain shower, with a
*few* small hailstones. ]=

RMK: Sky looks quite threatening - mainly on account of a distinct
mammatiform-look to the Sc layer.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 22.0 precipitation: NIL
other data: Apparently, according to the 'Daily Star' it was supposed to
be the hottest day in the history of the known world today! Just about
made average temperature. Washed the screen - had got remarkably dirty
past couple of weeks.]=
