RMK: Some bursts of heavy rain 0900-0945z, otherwise rain
mostly slight. 5.6 mm since 0900z. Very muggy.

1500z NW F2 4000 RA 5St005 8Sc030 16.2/14.8 1016
RMK: Continuous rain for the past 10 hours. Intensity very
variable. Max rate 17 mm/hr at 1415. 5.3 mm since 12z

away. The cold front passed through here 1230-1245z.
