RMK: Cu fra; 1 okta distant Ci (to SW): vis may be even better - a
fantastic start to the day. Up to ~0730Z, BKN ACCI slowly retreating to
the southeast - some wonderful sheared Cirrus formation along the
northern boundary.

RMK: 1 Cu distant; 2 Sc ~020, with main Sc around 035/040. Not sure how
much cirrus above, but BKN amounts almost certain. A few light showers
of rain between 1330Z and 1600Z.
