RMK: main SC base well up - somewhere around 6000ft, perhaps a shade
higher - fairly solid but with a few smallish gaps, and there is
something above it.

screen min: 12.5 grass min: 11.0 precipitation: NIL ]=
1300 WSW F2 50km - 1/CU 7/SC T196D102
RMK: Until about 1230Z, gloomy overcast - but in past 15 mins or so,
the cloud above the Sc (circa 060) has gone [ blue sky clearly
visible ], and occasional shafts of strong sunshine now apparent.=

1800 SW F2 30km - 1/CU 5/AC T193D102
RMK: Cu035, also 2SC060, Ac080; a fine, bright evening - sunshine this
afternoon very limited.
