Default Yesterday's storms in Belgium

Metro station still closed in the morning rush hour so I was late for work.
Signs of Saturday's flooding still apparent in that area today - dried mud
on roads and pavements, water being pumped out of a shop and an underground
car park. Large indoor shopping centre was flooded and was being cleaned
up - a third of its shops were shut because of no electric power. Several
metres of stone wall bordering a park had collapsed into the road about a
mile from where I live - no doubt because of water pressure in the soil
behind it.
