May I suggest we call Vince a MINI Hurricane


Has a hurricane ever formed in that area and then headed north east?
I can't recall one.


Neither have I and I'm not sure theres been more than a handful ever to form
AND move in that way. But it presents a nice view on the sat images,
especially on one or two of the Dundee ones.
