May I suggest we call Vince a MINI Hurricane
Has a hurricane ever formed in that area and then headed north east? I
can't
recall one.
I do not think so, but there has been the odd TS with similar track. CAT 1
hurricanes have run into Biscay and even Mayo, Eire, but they did not fom
where Vince is.
