I've had my Davis AWS for 15 months now and I think the battery must be
going
even though it is claimed to have a life-span of two years as it keeps
losing
signal often. The primary source of power on the ISS wireless Vantage Pro
is the
solar panel, unfortunately I have so many days up here with no sunshine
just
damp and foggy weather that I think the battery must drain quicker. Does
this
sound reasonable ? The console is on main supply.

Will.

Hi Will

I am also the proud owner of a Vantage Pro2

I have only had mine for a few months though ;-)

Have you tried changing the battery?

also how often is your archive interval? (30mins?)

Good Luck
