I'd wager Paul would love to issue a winter forecast, he's just sick and
tired of repeating himself over and over again.

Yes I know that, Lawrence. Hence my question. Some time ago Paul mentioned
that he wouldn't issue another one unless he felt that there was the
possibility of a non mild winter.
