Default Milder than 2001?

This might only be the warmest since 2001 (13.7C), but here in Coventry
the average October temperature for the first 23 days is 12.9C - IF
(and it's a big if) this warmth persists until 31st, then this would
turn out to be the 2nd warmest October on record (to 1892). Not a bad
month, but yet more ammuninition for the global warming alarmists!
