As forecasts go this one has been pretty grim. As recently as this morning
they were forecasting "a washout" for firework night in the south east.
We've had none and there are clear skies and it is a mild 12.7C. Luckily it
wasn't forecast as a dry warm evening and it ended up a washout1! It really
would have hit the fan then. Perhaps it's a reverse psychology forecast -
predict what most people least want then they are p;easantly surprised. ;-)
