My new high for a 24 hour period (1800 on 7-11-05 to 1800 on 8-11-05) is
74mm.

I eventually managed 60.7mm over the same period, which was also my high 24
hour period.

Total rain today stands at 41.6mm (with 70 mins yet to go but it's dry now).
