oh, forgot to add:
In Holland these guidelines often also include a warning towards the
psychological effects of the heat; to stay relaxed; first count till ten
(or
a hundred maybe :-) )before outburst; and certainly not to drink too much;
as it seems people loose their temper more often when temperatures raise
above 30 C; particularly after using alcohol.
