Don't know if he's got shares in the Met Office but Joe's convinced of
a coming colder pattern that could lock in in his latest missive - one
of the hardest I've ever had to try and comprehend. He's going off on a
tangent about football teams / results corralated with weather

I know Matt Hugo over at TWO was very perplexed by Joe's style. Joe also as
he gave his team talk that if this pattern was occuring at the beginning of
Dec then he's be singing White Christmas for the UK and Europe -he says that
every year though.
