Default Serious quantities of rain on west coast of southern Norway 15/11-05

New record for Bergen in Norway in November today, 134 mm + !
See http://bt.no (in norwegian) right now. (If you use babelfish you
might find
a service to translate it.)
A station called "Takle" in neighbouring province of Sogn and Fjordane
was close to
200 mm in 24 hour. It might even climb above 200 mm before this is
over!
The bad weather/low causing this has been named 'Loke' in Norway.
Many houses has been crushed or badly damaged by rock/mud slides
caused by the excessive water. Up to 70 major roads closed!

1 person killed, several other construction workers injured when a new
house they were building was totally splintered by a rock/mud slide.
Several thousand persons right now isolated by blocked roads.
See e.g. http://www.bt.no/lokalt/bergen/article221023.ece or
