Currently running at 99% of the 1971-2000 average of sunshine with 72
hours of sunshine recorded thus far.

Same here just over 100% of the monthly average (55 hours) and with fine
weather forecast for at least the coming few days my record of 78 hours
set in 1972 could be on it's way out!
