Rob is the best forecaster / presenter left on the BBC someone who
knows what he is talking about. Suppose you are prefer the bimbo

The annoying thing is that slow moving high pressures are almost
impossible to get the detail right in winter.
There could be stratus, stratocumulus, or freezing fog. Not even a
genius like Rob with an uncalcualby high intelligence can predict that.
So why does he pretend he can?
