Default MOD warning letter

In article , Robin Nicholson writes:

(In bold) HMG and the House of Lords Energy Committee are both
warning of severe weather conditions this winter. Some Meteorologists
are warning of very low temperatures - perhaps down to 1963 values

1963 had a low *average* for a couple of months, but not the lowest
individual minima. The difference is what is important, and what
this "memo" confuses.

Anyway, I sent an e mail to the originator asking who the 'some
Meteorologists' were, since this was news to me

Good.

Cheers,

keith
