RMK: Everything 'dripping' wet from fog.=

0800 NNE F1 0300 FG 8/ST T002D-003
RMK: St~000/001: I think there is a distinction between the St and the
fog, but not easy to be sure. The wind 'puffs-up' to an occasional F2,
which may explain why the vis. is holding etc.=
