I have a foggy (sorry but it is a bit outside) memory that one of the
forecasters said that they had to convey the information with regard for
those with limited eyesight. So you didn't get silly comments like "...
and you can see it's raining over here in the east ...". Oh for proper
contextual information and a bit less pantomime.
