Southcote (W. Reading).

Patches of 'cloud' observed to NW thru' to ENE since 1030. Resembles
high Sc and is dark grey or black in colour. Believed to have originated
from oil storage depot explosions at Hemel Hempstead.
Did not hear anything here, even though I was up and about.
