Default [WR] Romsey - still foggy at 1250Z

In the last hour, the fog has become patchy with plenty
of blue sky visible especially to the north, although the
sky looks polluted with dark streaks in that direction.
Most of the fog lies to the SE, S and SW of us but not
thick enough to prevent the sun from casting shadows.
