Default [WR] Romsey - still foggy at 1250Z

The fog cleared out of town by 1320Z today but the
visibility never exceeded 4000m and was always poorer
to the SW. A sunny afternoon but at sunset, shallow fog
formed, and deeper patches are now creeping in from
the SW. The grass is soggy with heavy dew.
