RMK: Main layer of Sc has distinct northern edge - notably cumuliform
along that edge - and has been moving slowly from the north over past
hour. Heights for Sc~030 & 050; Cirrus above, not able to determine what
coverage but possible less than half-cover.

other data: Current temperature (6.0) is highest for 18-09Z period, also
achieved yesterday afternoon for a short time. ]=

RMK: Not sure where this 'fine, bright day' has got to! Rain quite
steady now.=
