Default OTish: Longest and strongest moonshine for 18 years

A full 18 hours of moonshine tonight (well, 1500 today until 0900
tomorrow) with the moon at the highest position in the sky for 18
years. 5 degrees higher than midday midsummer sun because of the
moon's inclined orbit.

The last webcam capture of the day is showing the full moon *very* high
in the sky. There's going to be at least 18 hours of moonlight with it
in that position here.
