I'd expect the snow to extend a fair distance inland aided by the presence
of the upper vortex to the SE, e.g well into the 40%

Also (admittedly a long way ahead) there's the potential form more
widespread snow over western areas towards the end of next week as milder

Worth noting that EC appears less progressive in this respect compared to
the GFS.
