Default What do you rate this cold spell so far?

Well I give it 10/10 here in Haytor.
OK no snow but fantastic sunshine and air quality and very white in the
mornings.
Yesterday walking on the moor was brilliant, dry grass, frost in shady spots,
bit of a wind chill but the sun helped.
Had snow at end of November which hung around for 7 days but this spell has felt
more wintry somehow.

Neil there's a long winter ahead of us and the latest GFS is already hinting at
the next build of pressure from the east.

Glad you got a bit of snow!
It won't be the last. And that's a forecast!

Will.

I rate it 7/10 , decent snow amounts but couldve
done with a lower temp to aid precipitation
development in the north sea.

6-8cm in total from the start, 6cm on the ground
today.

Joe *******i's update is interesting...

Although things arn't obvious he still hints that more cold weather for
western Europe is around the corner.

I like the way he portrays his thoughts, we all have our thoughts, it's
good that he shares them with us.

Of course you need a translater :-)
