Ice day today, max of -0.4C but an average of -3.1C (00:00 - 21:58)

Yad Moss calls for tomorrow then with my new snowboard, sorry my
boys snowboard !

Aye I expect there is just enough up there to cover the grass.
Yep, 2 to 3" but not enough for sking or boarding:

Once a day update.

Off to Bolton I see - great team and a hill nearby called Winter
Hill !

A very green Winter Hill. Very surprised that the shiny new stadium
(opened in 1998) doesn't have pitch heating(*). Sprinkling of white
stuff on the frozen solid surface. Lots of suits standing in the
center circle as we started to rig, we slowed down awaiting a
decision, match called off about 1500 back home by 1800 instead of
0100. B-)

(*) Maybe it does but the accountants won't let 'em run it...
