I think you have been lucky. At Guildford, we have only had 1-2cms last
Feb/Mar, with no Summer Storms (they all went to the W or E of us)
Still waiting for a 'snow-event' which will happen one day.

some great snowfall early in the year, big storms in summer
with one that developed in 1hr giving an awsome lightning display.
