The Met Office DIDNT forecast a severe winter. Only the coldest for ten
years, average to slightly below average.

How many times does this need to be said?

Probably as many times as the BBC and media in general forecasted a winter
akin to 47 or 62 ... Its a bit like this bird flu crap, we were promised a
pandemic that could wipe out a good percentage of all the old folk, what
have we got, a couple folk with bad cough in Turkey!
