21KT ! The mean speed through December '05 was 0.6KT, and the mean speed so

anemometer is not high enough (~2 metres up only) but still this is quite
significant I think.

I know that it's been a very quiet month, but it's hard to believe that
the mean wind speed could be quite that low. Are you sure that the
anemometer is working correctly?
