Why are all the highs cloudy?
...... mind you looking at UKMO T+84 I can see why this one might be.
Although E/NE it seems in a tight loop with most of it's circulation over
the Gulf Stream to the west and the North Sea to the east so I suppose
plenty of opportunity to gather in some moisture. Damn!

I can understand why some we've had this year have been cloudy but the
current set up seems to show a more or less continental easterly drift and
still it is completely grey, all day, all night. Even the clear evenings
we've had have been clouding over by midnight. Whatever happened to night
after night of clear frosty highs.
